Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in order to receive a full refund.
We will pay the shipping costs if the refund is a result of our error, e.g., wrong product delivered.
We will deliver all exchanged/replaced items via standard delivery according to your area.
Refunds will be issued as soon as items are received.
Please be sure that all items being returned are carefully packaged. We will not be responsible for items damaged due to poor packaging.
Brazilian Straighteners
The Brazilian straighteners are not returnable and non-refundable.
Lasio will handle any return or refund inquiries on a case by case basis. We appreciate your understanding.
