Orders placed Mon-Fri before 4pm will be processed and shipped the same business day. Any orders placed after 4pm will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. Orders are accepted Monday through Friday 11am-6pm ET. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping option selected, the size and weight of the item, and destination.  All orders go out standard delivery according to your area. Please be sure to specify special shipping requirements, e.g., Priority Shipping, to be sure your order gets to you when needed. Shipping and delivery dates are based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Orders delayed for 3 days or more will be submitted for revision and you will be promptly notified.  Please note that severe weather can cause unexpected delays.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. You can refuse the delivery, and your order will be subject to our return policy.

Authorization Forms – Orders are clear for shipment after receipt and verification of your Authorization Form and information therein.

FED EX 3 Day Select: Your order will be delivered in 3 business days, not counting the ship date and not including Saturday and Sunday, or Fed Ex Holidays. Package usually arrives by end of day.

·         Ship 3 Day Select Tuesday, Delivered Friday by end of day.

·         Ship 3 Day Select Wednesday, Delivered Monday by end of day.
